This is a Japanese bread knife produced by Nagao. They pride themselves on this product having a strong cost vs performance ratio.
Its blade is made of extra-rustproof molybdenum vanadium steel with a mirror polish treatment, resulting in a beautiful outer appearance and less cutting friction.
The serrated jaws on the edge facilitate smooth cutting regardless of the kind of bread. Be sure to check its beautiful cut surface after slicing the bread.
User friendly: it is lighter than the ordinary slicers and only weighs 97g. It is designed to cut the bread without allowing your fingers to hit the cutting board.
The handle is made of natural morado wood, which has great durability and a smooth touch.
A tip to elegantly cut the surface is to move the knife back and forth by using the serrated edge instead of pushing the blade from above.
Do not use this product on frozen foods, crustacean shells, or bones.
