Yamaki Katsuobushi are a premium dried bonito flakes made of bonitos caught in Japan.
Enjoy the umami and aroma of katsuobushi by adding it to many dishes such as; dashi soup, okonomiyaki, yakisoba, salads, etc.
DIRECTIONS OF USE:
As topping or condiment:
Spread on top of your favorite salad, okonomiyaki, yakisoba...etc. to make dishes even more delicious.
For making dashi:
Boil 650ml of water. When its boiled, weaken the heat and put Katsuobushi. Quickly boil the water again with medium heat. Stop the heat until Katsuobushi is completely sink. Strain the soup and separate the katsuobushi itself with the soup.
