Instructions

1) Gathering the Ingredients and Recipe Preparations

Gather the ingredients together.  Preheat oven to 350°F.

2) Sifting the Dry Ingredients

Sift flour and Matcha Powder into a mixing bowl or onto parchment paper.

3) Combining & Mixing the Wet Ingredients

Place unsalted butter in a large bowl and whisk. Add sugar, mix well. Add one egg at a time and mix thoroughly. Repeat the process until all of the eggs have been combined with the wet ingredients.

4) Adding the Dry Ingredients to the Wet Ingredients

Combine the flour and Matcha Powder mixture with the wet ingredients. Mix thoroughly with a whisk. Set aside.

5) Melting the White Chocolate & Adding it to the Brownie Batter

Place white chocolate and milk in a heat-resistant cup or bowl. Melt them together in the microwave until melted (1000W for 50 seconds).

Add the melted white chocolate to the matcha brownie batter, and mix until evenly incorporated.

Tip: Switch to a rubber spatula to easily combine the white chocolate into the brownie batter.

6) Pouring the Batter into the Brownie Pan

Pour the batter into an 8-inch x 8-inch brownie pan lined with parchment paper. Now, the matcha brownies are ready to be baked!

7) Baking the Matcha Brownies

Place the matcha brownies in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes. You'll know that the brownies are ready when the edges are set, and the top develops a nice brown color and slight cracking on the surface.

When they're done baking, remove the brownies from the pan while they're still hot, and transfer them to a cooling rack. Once cooled, cut the matcha brownies into your preferred size.

8) Enjoying the Matcha Brownies

Enjoy the delightful combination of matcha's mild bitterness and white chocolate's sweetness!
