Japan’s leading hand-stretched noodles, Ibonoito Tenobe Somen, are handmade in Tatsuno, the “Little Kyoto” of Harima. Made from the finest wheat flour, pure Ibo River water, and Ako salt, these noodles are crafted by skilled artisans using a centuries-old hand-stretching tradition. Each batch is carefully ripened and stretched, producing thin, delicate noodles with a smooth texture and natural luster.
