The Wahei Freiz Fryer Pot is specially designed for frying Japanese tempura.
This frying pot has all the necessary features and tools for a comfortable and clean frying process.
It comes with a thermometer to monitor and control the right oil temperature, a mesh to drain-off the left oil from cooked tempura and a flat lid to pile up another pot on the top and save some storage space.
The pot has been designed with a slight curve toward inside to prevent or reduce hot oil splatting and a lip to pour the oil.
Proudly made in Tsubame Sanjo, Niigata, which is an area in Japan famous for metal processing.
